The Wedding Notebook: your online space to prepare for the big day, explained from A to Z

A space all your own to prepare your wedding photos: timeline, travel times, a shared to-do list, documents and payments. How to get in, what you'll find there, and why I created it.

The Wedding Notebook: the couple's online spaceWedding
In short
  • The Wedding Notebook is an online space just for my couples, open as soon as the contract is signed.
  • It's genuinely useful: your day's timeline, travel times, the light, and a “To Do Together” list.
  • It grows with my couples' ideas, and it's never a list of homework.

Planning a wedding means dozens of emails, messages and notes on your phone. My couples often asked me, “Where did you send me that guide again?” or “What time did we say for the couple session?”. So I came up with a space just for them, where everything about preparing their photos lives in one place. You won't find it anywhere else.

How to get in

As soon as your contract is signed, you receive your personal login by email. You sign in from my website, through “My space” and then “Wedding Notebook”, with your email and your code. You can both sign in, from a computer or a phone.

What you'll find there

  • The countdown to the big day, and the key steps of our preparation
  • “To Do Together”: a shared list showing who's handling what, to tick off as you go
  • Your documents: the guide for couples (about thirty pages), the questionnaire, your contract
  • Your payments: a clear payment schedule, no digging through your inbox

Tools to plan your day

The Notebook isn't just for storing things: it genuinely helps.

  • Your wedding day timeline: you enter your fixed times (city hall, ceremony), and the Notebook suggests an hour-by-hour schedule, with getting ready, congratulations, group photos, the cocktail hour and the couple session at the best moment for the light.
  • Travel time calculator: between the house where you get ready, city hall, the ceremony and the reception venue, the Notebook adds up the drives and builds in some buffer time, so nobody has to rush.
  • The light: the sunset time on your wedding day, so you can plan your couple photos in the golden light.

This timeline is a guide, not a rule: we always go over it together, and it will probably shift on the big day. That's normal — I keep an eye on the clock for you.

What it's really for

Taking things off your mind. Everything about your photos is organized, dated and explained. You always know where we're at and what comes next.

It keeps growing, and your opinion matters

The Notebook grows little by little: I regularly add new tools and new ideas. Before long, there will probably be even more things to help you.

Have an idea, a tool that would have helped you, something you missed? Tell me, even after your wedding. Many of the Notebook's new features come from my couples' feedback, and your suggestions will help the couples who come after you.

No pressure

It's not a list of homework. You can open it every day or just twice: either way, I send you the important information by message. It's there to reassure you, not to add one more task to your list.
